I absolutely love working and assisting investors on landing them a solid deal that will assist them in achieving their goal; whether that be the start of building generational wealth, additional cashflow, or another unit in their portfolio. Morris Taylor was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He provided us daily new properties and he was ALWAYS available to show us properties. His realtor experience was extremely helpful. He had our best interest in mind and worked with the sellers and other realtor numerous times during our home searches and purchase. It was a great comfort having him as our realtor. He advised and was there for us from offer, home and property inspections, to closing and handing us the keys to our new home, he was right there by our side. I highly recommend him if it's your first or even third home purchase, you won't be disappointed or left feeling uneasy. Thank Morris for ALL your help!!

Savannah was such a joy to work with while selling my home. She took time to make sure I understood everything. It all went smoothly and was sold in less than a month! Can’t recommend Savannah and Onnit Realty Group enough!

Morris was wonderful to work with! He is so personable and educated on buy a home and will give you an insight on his knowledge. He made my STRESSFUL home buying process into a pleasant experience because if I had any questions/problems come up he would help me and/or find a solution! We just recently purchased our home with Ashley, after a friend of ours recommended her to us. We were purchasing sight unseen, and she was very knowledgeable and thorough with virtual tours and communication with other necessary parties. We always felt well informed and comfortable with the process. Ashley was always available to help, and great at communicating every step of the way. Would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a home in NC!

I’m a first time home buyer and Dave Cook really made the process smooth for me. He handled ALL of the background paperwork and communications. He was direct and straightforward & left no room for disappointment. If anything small happened, he was on it. I always tell people if you’re buying or selling he’s the one to call. I’m in love with my home.
