About us
Our team specializes in buy & holds and STR's. Ashley Corbett and Doug Kline lead the Kline Corbett Group at Keller Williams Elite, the “Number one Team in Most Homes Sold” for the past three years. As a Real Estate enthusiast, Ashley loves Lancaster, running businesses, and helping people achieve their big life goals. She also believes in the power of financial literacy, learning new skills and continued growth. Ashley is so proud to be in business with every person on the team, what an incredible group of people! Her favorite part about working with Real Estate clients is that each client has an incredible selling, buying or investing experience- she loves building rock solid relationships with each of them. After graduating from Millersville University, Ashley served in the Social Work field for six years and continues to volunteer through Rotary and the YWCA. As Chair of the Keller Williams Culture Committee, Ashley gets to oversee volunteer and giving opportunities, including fundraising efforts for KW Shares, KW Cares, KW Kids Can and our Annual Community Service day, “RED Day”. Ashley is a travel junkie and loves new experiences. Her favorite places are New Orleans and Zion National Park and her favorite trips have been to Colombia, Cuba and Borneo. Her “bucket list” is long, she loves nothing more than her family, taking a thousand photos, playing organized games and having a good dance party.

We bought a home and sold our home all in the same week thanks to Taylor Kline. He is the kind of realtor that others should strive to emulate. He doesn’t always tell you what you want to hear, but he makes certain to tell you what you NEED to hear.
We found him to be kind, courteous, and trustworthy. He made certain that all parties involved in both home transactions felt comfortable with every aspect of the process. Taylor is hardworking, diligent and attentive to detail. My wife and I would not hesitate to utilize his expertise in the future and highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling their property.

Look no further, Kiersten is the perfect realtor. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable and overall awesome. She is rainbows and sunshine during the super stressful search for your home. She truly helped make a difficult process go smoothly and would always keep us up to date with what to expect and who exactly would be reaching out to us. Her team was fabulous too!! She was honest about the houses we would see. Her ability to point out things we would miss during tours was a positive help. Especially when you have your rose-colored glasses on looking at what you might deem not a big deal. She was kind and would let us know that’s not supposed to be like that and we should probably keep looking. She would also help by giving us ideas about how a space could be utilized and never once judged our choices or options. She never overstepped boundaries. Kiersten was professional while still maintaining that comradery of the journey. We appreciate how amazing she was during our search. She was everything and more. I could go on for days about her. This team is incredible! They LITERALLY made both buying and selling my home an easy process. My home sold in four days and 10K above the buying price within the same year! The team did EVERYTHING to accommodate me, including sending a notary to my home so I didn't have to take off work! I highly recommend them. Had I not moved out of state, they would be my go-to for all things real estate.

We worked with Kathie Cavallo on purchasing our first home! Kathie is tenacious, tactful, and trustworthy. She is extremely knowledgeable about Lancaster County, the housing market, and homes in general. We could depend on Kathie to guide us in the right direction every step of the way due to her attention to detail and thoroughness. We always felt like she had our back and we could count on her to show up for us from our first phone call with her until weeks after being in our first home. Not to mention, she always gave us a good laugh and was incredibly easy to talk to and work with! Her entire team was responsive, helpful, and friendly.
