I'm going to keep leaving bad reviews leading up to reporting at the Marion County Board of Health reporting because of maintenance issues that are never fixed in my household. First of all its a Triplex with ONE breaker box for the 3 residences, and we've had multiple power and electric issues with our power going out. Also the water softener has never worked since we've moved in over a year ago, and they haven't fixed it. We have 2 small baseboard heaters for the whole apt, and it barely stays 50⁰ in the winter in my house. Slumlords here !

Their real estate agent Brandon Whitmire sold a home with knowledge of damage from DIY updates and lied saying there was no damage from these updates. We found pictures with evidence that there was no damage from the previous owners. It’s over 10k in plumbing and bathroom damage. Dishonest and underhanded group. Don’t buy a home from any real estate agent here. will be reporting.

Marty Matlock responded quickly to my interest that I posted a message on Zillow he immediately set up an appointment to show me the property provided digital online application and reviewed our application that same day and approved us for the rental of a lovely home in the East part of Irvington additionally the walkthrough of the home with Marty was very thorough and he took close note of any deficits and recording them accurately so there would be no repercussions upon our move out for damage some minor damages that were already there I feel very grateful to have met Marty Matlock and I will gladly refer any customer to him that is looking for a home in Indianapolis he has great customer service he's very professional and very personable thank you Marty for renting to me
