About us
Elevate Property Group is a real estate team servicing Southern NH & Southern ME. Sean has been an entrepreneur his whole life. In March of 2020, 2 days before the world shut down, he sold his small business of 30+ yrs which included a commercial building. He did a 1031 exchange for an ocean view short-term rental in York, me. He has owned single family rentals, commercial building and short-term rentals over the years. Sean is really enjoying the guest experience side of the short-term rental business. A little more about Sean: I’m a husband, a father, a Realtor (dream maker), a RE investor, an entrepreneur, a comic at heart, a music junkie, a cruise addict and a believer in Bigfoot. I enjoy listening to podcasts, an awesome BBQ find and hiking with my family & dog

When I first met Sean back late 2023, I found him to be a very knowledgeable and intellectual agent. I came in looking for an owner occupied investment property but found myself sometimes hesitant to toss an offer on a house. Sean was able to help me fine tune the details I was truly looking for in a house. Throughout all 2024, Sean showed his patience with me as we continued house hunting for about a years time before getting an offer accepted. If you want a realtor that knows the area and is knowledgeable on real estate, I would recommend Sean as a realtor.

Sean is an amazing agent and I would definitely recommend him. Not only did he help us find our new home, but he also guided us through the entire process from start to finish and beyond. As first time home buyers we were overwhelmed with the inspection and the post purchase maintenance, but Sean made us feel at ease. He let us in on a lot of tips and tricks of home ownership.

Sean is hands down one of the best real estate agents iv worked with in my life. His knowledge of not only real estate. But his over all knowledge of the state of New Hampshire. And it's building/ buying process. Made buying a house from out of state significantly easier. I will most definitely be using him as my real agent moving forward.

As first time homebuyers, we were confused and anxious about the whole process, and a bit skeptical of realtors, but Sean was great to work with! He was always available to answer all our questions and patiently explained every step of the way without pressuring us. Sean made it easy and we successfully bought a house! Sean was a great seller’s agent for us. His marketing plan went well above and beyond just the average MLS listing. We had access to great information about the interest our listing was generating throughout the process. His communication was excellent the whole way. He was clear and responsive and answered all of our questions. He and his team worked really quickly to get the house on the market when we were ready and he helped us out several times to let people in for small repairs. Most impressively, there were no high-pressure sales tactics. Sean is a straightforward person who gives honest information. And he gets results. We are very happy with the offer we got on our house and he did a lot to make the process as easy as possible.

I've been working with Sean for many months. Initially I was interested in rental/investment properties, but as we began to look around buying land and building a home became a priority as well. Sean was very patient with me during that whole pivot, and didn't try to push me one way or the other. He always gave his honest feedback on every property we looked at. He didn't try to push anything on me just to get a deal done. When the right listing came my way, Sean was very helpful in pulling together recommendations for various inspectors. He was there from the beginning to the close. I highly recommend Sean to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Sean never pushed us to make unwise decisions like waiving inspections, or offer more than what is reasonable in this market. We made quite a few competitive offers and ended up getting a property UNDER asking, which was incredible to us. Only with Sean's help was this possible.
He's also an investor, so while we were looking for potential house hacks he always gave us his opinion on whether or not the property would make a good investment for us as first time buyers. This advice was beyond what most agents would give and is one thing that makes him a great agent to work with.
