Before 2024 ended, we bought our first rental property in NC. Savvy STR Agents (Tyler & his team) worked overtime during the holidays and they delivered. They guided us throughout the process, from choosing the right property to closing the deal. Our fears and concerns were addressed. They made it possible and we're very thankful. Looking forward to working with them again soon.

Good experience overall. We did receive a text weeks after closing asking if we were still interested in purchasing. We also didn’t receive any type of closing gift that other agent offices have always given as a thanks for choosing them. Lastly, a final walk thru that was scheduled also wasn’t completed prior to closing so we had to scramble to get in the home and ask the attorney’s office to hold off on submitting closing documents. Tyler’s team gets the job done but don’t expect any personal touches.

My wife and I worked with Tyler and his team in October of 2022. I live in California and wanted to invest in the smokies but was interested in the WNC side. Tyler answered and told me everything I wanted to know and more. I booked a 15 minute call with him and he went over 45 minutes initially answering questions and telling me about the beauty of WNC. When we settled on our cabin, he alleviated all my anxiety by talking me through all my doubts and was patient with my concerns. To say he held my hand, is an understatement and him and his team were there whenever I called. I think what is the ABSOLUTE difference between him and others I’ve worked with is that HE STILL HELPS ME NOW!. I’ve called/texted him for help and a year later he is still there for me! Truly a fantastic team!
