An acquaintance of ours highly recommended Katie Franco when he heard we were looking for a home in Yuma. Being an out-of-state home buyer looking for a home in Yuma, one would think, would present challenges. But Katie never skipped a beat and was always available, helpful, and considerate of our limited time. If she wasn't available to show us a house on a particular day, she would ensure that one of her team was. And Katie always followed up to ensure that our expectations had been met! Katie and the entire Beacon Home Group team did a phenomenal job with my home-buying experience. The communication and coordination were seamless across the team, and I always had all the information I needed. Katie is an excellent agent and puts in a tremendous amount of time and care into her work. My first home-buying process was exciting and enjoyable because of her and her team. Highly recommend!

Katie Franco with Beacon Home Group from the First phone call to the last at closing was a dream to deal with , Professional, always available via phone , text , email
My mother had passed and I had to get her home ready, Katie made the whole process very easy.
She was referred by family members who had used her on two occasions and spoke very highly of her.
Call her , you won’t be disappointed.

Katie and her team are the best in Yuma. They were able to answer any and all questions I had about the community, market trends, and they were super fast getting back to me. These ladies are permanently in work mode, especially Ashley! They will be my first call when I plan to buy another home or investment property in Arizona.

Was my first time buying a home and I am please to say that everyone involved from Jaycee Quispe to Melissa Beacon help me out so much taking the time to explain every detail to me even when there was late phone calls. Everyone was quick to response in emails help get my process finished. I would 100% utilize them again. They involved me in every set of the way. Best experience I could have ever asked for as a new homeowner.
