Greg walked us through the whole process, showed great work ethic, was patient while showing us several different properties, and always worked towards making our experience a happy one. I contacted Greg a few weeks ago to help purchase an investment property and he was fast to respond, communicate with the sellers, and gather the details. However, the property was already under contract, but unbeknownst to us he kept an eye on it and let us know when that fell through so we were able to get it under contract. Being out of state, Greg went to the property, showed it via FaceTime, sent pictures, proactively scheduled the inspector we chose and met him there. Ultimately, Greg helped us negotiate a reduced price and got us to a quick closing. I highly recommend working with Greg for your real estate needs in Topeka and surrounding cities!

Greg was wonderful to work with! We were first time home buyers when we reached out to him, so we really had no idea what we were doing. Greg was patient, knowledgeable, and kind, and gave great recommendations for how to proceed on putting an offer in and he explained everything thoroughly throughout the whole process. Because of Greg, we were able to buy our very first home! As a result of the pandemic, we had to change the plans we had set for our wedding this year. Instead of getting married at an outside venue, we had a beautiful ceremony at our home, which would not have been possible without Greg!
Greg was extremely responsive to texts and emails and very easy to work with. He advocated for us and has been a great resource even after moving in. I would highly recommend working with Greg for any of your real estate needs!

If you need to buy any kind of property, Greg Ross is the realtor you need. He is kind, patient, attentive, observant, and honest no matter what property you're looking at! Greg is punctual when meeting and with getting you the information you need to make your home search easy. He makes you feel comfortable and doesn't try to sell you something he doesn't like himself. He tells it like it is and I will always go back to Greg if I need to by another property in Kansas! Thanks Greg!!
