My family and I recently worked with Long Le to purchase our home, and we couldn’t be more thankful for his help! Long was able to negotiate for the seller to cover our closing costs and repairs, and we didn’t even have to pay agent commissions. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly professional and patient, especially when explaining everything about our loan and solar transfer. We are blessed to have Long as our agent for the house buying process. He is above and beyond, honest, enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable and much more. He's always there when we have questions, does not matter day or night. He's willing to go extra miles from the east side to the west side for our needs anytime.
Since buying house is a big investment, he always make sure that we truly understand and comfortable with the house structure, the location, the environment, and the paperwork process. Long is an awesome realtor who went above and beyond for my wife and I to make sure that we found a home that we were happy and satisfied with. When we found issues with the house we wanted he even negotiated the price down with the selling agent and was a surprisingly efficient and masterful negotiator.
