Horrible experience from Michael Cole and team. They wouldn't release me from buyers contract after 5 weeks and 2 showings. Incompetent agents and owners. Run away from this agency. The agent showed me 2 listing's and now they ate requiring me pay for her time. Michael Cole is a joke for this.

Chad ferguson is nothing short of an outstanding realtor he put in the work hours at a time to help my wife and I find our dream home. From start to finish in our home buying journey Chad has been excellent in communication, and his dedication to my goals and dreams. Chad is an honest person that goes above and beyond putting his own needs aside to do what is needed to buy a home. I highly recommend anyone buying a home and or selling a home to consider Chad as yalls realtor. He will not cease to amaze.

We just purchased a home with John Kerns, and we were THRILLED with his help. John would help us day or night. He has even followed up with us multiple times since we have purchased the house. He is down to earth, helpful, kind, and wants to see you get the exact home you want. We could not have found a better realtor.

Shawn helped us begin investing in the Myrtle Beach area. He was introduced to us by friends who recently relocated to the area, and we couldn’t be happier with the level of service and attention in not only helping us find the right investment for our short term rental business but also ensuring everything went smoothly through the closing. Shawn goes above and beyond and connected us with reliable contractors and service providers (insurance, HVAC guys, handyman etc!). Look no further than Shawn whether you are looking for your forever home or an investment property.

We met our original agent by posting on a Myrtle Beach site! We were flooded with input, she PM that she could get us lower price, free upgrades, closing costs etc. New construction did sound good, for all that we HAD to use the builders lender, which was fine and their lawyer, which was where we were not comfortable. She showed us ONE house via video as we are out of state. Kept reminding me how she was “The Top Gun Agent” We signed a “buyers agent agreement” absolutely our fault for not 100 percent understanding what is was, we did get caught up in the excitement. This all happened within three to five days. We felt extreme pressure from the agent, decided not to move forward with the new construction. We honestly felt like we were choking with her and after only one video showing by her asked if we could be let go of our agreement with her. She refused, I did offer to compensate for her time with the one viewing and the “negotiating time” again refused! I reached out to her broker Mike Cole, he acted as if he cared at first, but must also be intimidated by her aggressive personality. We were looking at houses in the 300k range, no need for all the aggression. We expressed how we did not want to work with her, we were not comfortable and were willing to put our plans on hold for six months to not have to work with this company. I could not grasp why any company would want to hold someone “hostage” again one showing via video!! I went as far to say I was reporting the company, and was told by Mike “see how that shakes out for you” completely unprofessional!! So now we were forced to work with a company we had no relationship with, and quite honestly felt bullied by!! For all of that I would NEVER even google this business again, nor ever work with them or recommend them! We were directed to another agent which would keep us hostage to them, but we would not be threatened with being sued for the commission if we bought with another agent. We were given a young, new agent, I am assuming Mike thought give us a less experienced person and it would hurt us! Haley Wentz, she was AMAZING!!!! She treated us as people and not a payout! She videoed several houses for us, answered all our calls, texts and emails! No question went unanswered nor did we feel any question was a “stupid” one. She was kind, compassionate and truly caring! We closed on 5/23 she made everything PERFECT! I am still confused why she would work at such an unprofessional company, but hopefully she will gain experience and move on. It’s a shame that this agency almost held us back from following our dream!! Again we only have HALEY WENTZ to thank!!!!

When you purchase or sell a home it is customary to say congratulations to the seller or buyer. Some realtors even get flowers and champagne to thank their clients for choosing them to help. Unfortunately we did not get that from our realtor. The realtor knew we moved out of state & they were the ones looking at the property. The communication was never there. The realtor Never told us about updates on the property. We were always in the dark. After 4 months of no updates we decided to go checkout the property and then realized issues were there but never mentioned to us so We took action immediately. When asked the realtor about these issues, she came up with excuses. After 6 months on the market, and price drop of 40K, the property was sold. Never received a thank you for choosing me or congratulations. The truth must be told so others don’t have to go through what we went through.

My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home, and we were initially quite nervous about the process, as it was unfamiliar territory for us. However, our good friend Lyn Dauber turned out to be not only a wonderful friend, but also an incredibly professional and knowledgeable guide throughout the entire journey. Right from the start, Lyn took the time to educate us on every aspect of the process, making each walkthrough enjoyable and hassle-free. Honestly, we could never have imagined feeling so at ease throughout this experience, and it's all thanks to Lyn's exceptional support. We visited numerous houses, and Lyn's perseverance in helping us find the perfect home never wavered. One day, she suggested we take a look at a property that seemed to check all the boxes, and as soon as we saw it, we were amazed . Lyn went above and beyond by assisting us with our offer, financing, inspections, utilities, connecting us with lenders and lawyers, and so much more. She was always available to answer any questions we had and consistently addressed our concerns proactively. Now that we've settled into our new home, we couldn't be more grateful for Lyn's unwavering support and guidance throughout each and every step of this journey. A heartfelt thank you, Lyn, for being the most incredible realtor we could have asked for!
