I found Dan and Seth with The Operative Group through the BiggerPockets dashboard. I am new to the real estate investing scene and these guys were a huge help! They helped me acquire my first investment property and I couldn't' have won the bidding process without their guidance and strategy. These guys were proactive on looking for deals and helping me dig into potential issues I suspected on bogus info that other sellers were telling us. I couldn't be happier with how things went with these guys and I will for sure be using them again in the future. If you are looking for an investment friendly agent in Willamette Valley area then i'd highly highly recommend The Operative Group!

Dan has been phenomenal to work with. His expertise, communication, positive attitude, and connections is unmatched. I interviewed a few agents and he was by far the best and I am so glad to have found him. Dan will be the one I call for all real estate related transaction in the Eugene and Springfield area. Dan represented us as buyers in a recent purchase. We were coordinating this from out of state and he made it feel like we weren't. His local market knowledge helped guide our home search to find the right home for us. He sent detailed videos of properties, helpful tips, and kept us updated the entire way. Dan was absolutely outstanding to work with. My wife and I purchased our first home in Spring of 2024, and we couldn't have hoped for a better realtor. He provided clear information, expedient responses, and always kept our best interests in mind. My wife and I had been watching the market for a few years, and had a strong idea of what we were looking for. Dan was extremely helpful in finding the best balance between size, location and cost. Without him, I don't think I would be writing this review from the living room of my new home.

Dan has been an excellent Real Broker to work with. My husband and I have looked at a few places over the last 5 or so years but never got anywhere. We did not understand how the home buying system worked, but Dan and his team were incredibly informative, patient, and diligent in their efforts to find us our home. They made the process smooth amd fairly stress free. The biggest bonus points about Dan was how straightforward and honest he was in his opinions on properties and what we could afford. I would highly recommend using Dan and his team if you wish to find your next house. Save yourself from the struggles that come along with buying a home.
