Mike Noble is a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond in my transaction purchasing a commercial multi-family building and was always extremely responsive. As a fresh fish in a very big pond, it means the most to me to not be discounted or spoken down to when I don't have years of experience in a business that has been around forever. Frank has been immensely patient, honest, quick to respond and isn't afraid to say in very plain English "don't buy that place unless you like fixing things and not making money". His straight forward approach, willingness to listen and knowledge of the Akron/Cleveland metro area is truly an asset to have this early in the game. Give him a call, he is a great gent to work with.

Blaise is a great person to work with and has a lot of experience in the investment property world. He walked through multiple properties with me and gave me solid advice to go on. This is my first investment property and he did not just "show me the house". He gave me his input and I could tell it was not just about finding just A deal but rather the right deal that was a good investment.
