Brooke is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Scammed me basically. Rude and was more for the buyer and very stuck in her beliefs and treated me as if I had no chance when I was the seller and relied on her to guide me and she basically stuck her nose up at me. If all agents at Bramllett are the same I'm going to give it a single star sorry, but it definitely takes a better person to do this kind of work and she does not carry these qualities.

I'm sure at one point Brook was a quality agent but now has gone roke and If I could give ZERO stars I would. She is the most unprofessional unethical agent we've ever worked with. She was rarely available for our agent to reach, it seemed she was very green and possibly had a full time job based on the hours she was available. We asked repeatedly for "deal breaker" info and it wasn't provided to us until after closing when we got bamboozled by significant brick masonry. This was a totally unethical agent and horrible, dishonorable sellers. They left us a FILTHY house, filthy! Brook offered to have the home professionally cleaned but was told not necessary by the seller. She never visited or followed up to see the filth left behind and we paid asking price and we're very fair. The home looked like something bought at auction. The home was $650k and my first walk through which should have been exciting after we took possession was sickening. Again, we got bamboozled. I have a pretty large social following and will make sure NO one uses Brook and her inexperienced, untrained and unethical team. What a MESS!!!

Brooke is an intelligent, articulate, savvy business woman. Brooke formerly managed my vacation rentals for me before she sold her STR company, and I chose to work with her because I knew she had extensive personal experience with a wide variety of real estate investment models. She assisted me with a 1031 exchange in which I sold one Austin property and purchased two more. She was informative and insightful as she guided me through the process of evaluating the viability of different areas of Austin for investing in long term rentals, and she really helped me develop a clear idea of what I was looking for. I wanted properties that would make excellent long term rentals in the immediate future, were located in zip codes with good appreciation potential, and that had good flip potential in the more distant future. She helped me narrow down what type of house and an area of Austin that suited my needs perfectly as I had no previous knowledge of the city. Brooke was amazing throughout the entire process of looking for an investment property. Before our first phone conversation I was extremely skeptical that there were any properties that were remotely close to cash flowing. Brooke said that there are still deals to be had even though the market was extremely hot, and she absolutely proved it with the house that we got. Brooke put together an amazing offer and got me the house in a multiple offer situation while not even being the highest offer! I can’t say enough of how great Brooke has been to work with and how much I have learned throughout the process because of her knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate. Brooke is very knowledgeable in Austin and greater Austin metropolitan area. She is also very knowledgable about small nitty gritty of property condition, rehab estimation and access to all cost optimized repair resources locally. Brooke's negotiation skill is just amazing , she saved a good amount of money for us in the deal. We would recommend highly to have Brooke as Real Estate agent in Austin area.
