Working with Larry Burr was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had as an investor. Larry presented himself as someone deeply experienced in wealth creation through investment real estate, but the reality was far from it. I initially reached out to him based on his brokerage's promises of expertise in 1031 exchanges and multi-unit deals in the Phoenix area, thinking this would save me time + effort. Instead, the entire process was riddled with delays, miscommunication, and questionable decision-making.
