Horrible company. They listed a property on hotpads for $1750. We sent in an application and set up a time to see the property. 13 min after submitting the application they decided to raise the rent due to the amount of interest they had. Mind you are application was for the initial rent price and so they would not honor it.
Dishonorable company that you can't trust. They wanted us to be in a bidding war by stating "We are going with the highest offer." Be careful and don't trust them.
Just for those saying it is the homeowner making the changes. This company should separate from that homeowner. If you represent someone that does this it represents your company poorly.
