About us
I am in my 35th year as a REALTOR® and broker/owner of The Virtual Real Estate Team specializing in real estate investment. I have had extensive training in both residential and commercial real estate investing. I am also a life-long real estate investor. I personally have owned single and multi-family properties both for long and short term rentals. I have rehabbed and resold properties and have done fix and hold properties as well. As a real estate investment specialist, I have closed over 3,200 properties for investors to help build their long-term wealth and financial security. I have been a certified real estate instructor for many years in my home state and have helped teach other agents about the benefits of real estate investing. I have had the pleasure of being involved in real estate leadership as a local board President, a state association President, and a National Association of REALTORS® Regional Vice President. I am also a monthly contributor to the Kansas City Federal Reserve Beige Book. I have been awarded the REALTOR® of the Year by my local board, and REALTOR® of the Year by my state association.
