She brings her unique expertise from her business and investing background to provide guidance and strategy to all of her clients, no matter how experienced at home buying or selling. Amanda first found her passion for real estate after renovating her own first home and selling it 5 years later for double her initial investment. She fell in love with rehabbing, renovating and flipping properties and through that, started to analyze and get to be an expert in the Southern California markets. She has run two successful businesses, for over the past 15 years, with the most discerning of clientele in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. She brings this entrepreneur experience, negotiation skills and customer service to her successful real estate practice. With Amanda we were in the most expert, caring, thorough, professional hands imaginable. We've worked with a number of realtors--some really great, some less so--and Amanda is the best. Her knowledge and expertise from the beginning to the end of the process were essential to getting us into the home we were searching for. That was especially crucial during our quick and slightly complicated escrow when she and her excellent team stayed on top of every moving piece and each party involved, all while keeping us informed every step of the way. This was a noticable difference from our last escrow--which it's worth noting was with a good and experienced realtor--where it felt like a bit of a back box. She's an outstanding communciator, so dedicated to her clients, and also just a delightful person. I'm truly looking forward to the next time we get to work together. We highly recommend Amanda Jacobellis!

If I could give Amanda 10 stars out of 5, I would. Amanda helped us buy our first home and educated and guided us through every single step of the process. She has exceptional market knowledge, outstanding communication and best in class negotiation skills. We truly could not have done this without her and would never consider using anyone else. Professional and reliable, but more importantly, Amanda really cares about her clients. We can't thank her enough!

It has been amazing to work with Amanda on the sale of our two homes in big bear. I have never had an agent that has done so much to coordinate repair work, connect us to vendors and provide dispassionate advice at every turn. We are very appreciative!
