About us
I am an active investor and investor-friendly RE agent specializing in buy & hold, and fix & flips, multi-family and multi-unit STR's. I understand and know how to help other investors. Most traditional RE Agents don't understand the investment world. I am happy to be "boots on the ground" and help analyze, procure and navigate a property for other investors who are looking for representation in the area. As investors, we speak the same language. I am not available to be someone's "window shopper", or VA because they don't have the time. I became licensed in order to handle my own buys and sells, but do pick up investor specific RE clients on a case-by-case basis. Currently, I am involved with the local REIA on two levels, (County Chapter and Area Chapter) in the Orlando market and Volusia County. I think you can never stop learning, always improving yourself. I like to encourage ethics in transactions to help keep the investment community healthy.

Chad is amazingly gifted in his line of work. Not just any realtor, but an investor friendly realtor. His systems and processes help you navigate towards your goals, with an advised course correction if needed to attain those goals. If you're looking for an experienced agent who "practices what he preaches" then Chad is your guy! My friend and I worked with Chad to buy our first investment property and were amazed by his level of expertise in the Daytona Beach area. It was initially a bit daunting to be from Boston and trying to do an out-of-state purchase, but Chad guided us perfectly and was there to help every step of the way. He's one of the most honest and professional agents I've met and I highly recommend working with him for all of your real estate needs!

Recently Closed on a Home with Chad and Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors.
Chad was the best when it comes to communication.
A simple email asking a ton of questioins as a new investor promoted his responses accurately and on time. When asked to help with numbers, Chad was not shy to filter through fluff and get us a deal. I would Highly Reccomend any Veteran or Civilian If you are looking to relocate to Florida reach out you wont be dissapointed...!
