Working with Christopher Burgos was a huge mistake for my investment journey. I initially trusted him based on his claims of fostering long-term business relationships and his background as a Combat Search & Rescue Vet turned real estate investor. Unfortunately, my experience couldn’t have been further from his advertised professionalism.
During a critical deal involving a multifamily property in San Diego, Christopher consistently missed deadlines, provided inaccurate market data, and ignored multiple red flags I brought up regarding the property’s zoning regulations. His communication was so sporadic that I had to chase him for updates, wasting precious time and putting the entire deal at risk.
One of the most frustrating moments was when he blatantly disregarded my clear instructions about prioritizing properties with strong cash flow potential. Instead, he pushed a deal that, in hindsight, seemed more beneficial to him than to me. I later discovered that other investors had similar experiences, leaving me wondering how he manages to operate with such a poor track record.
