My mission is to help clients create Generational Wealth through Real Estate Investing. As a Realtor, I get to know my clients investment goals in terms of location(s), style of properties and also what investment numbers are important to them. (Looking for Cash Flow, CapRate, IRR, Tax Advantages, etc.) I help analyze deals side by side with owners and scout out a property that fits their needs. I can even help prepare Bank Proformas for clients to bring to their lender. (or recommend local lenders if you like shopping around) I also have the pleasure of working as Real Property Management Viking's preferred Agent. We just moved into our property and noticed we were having an issue with a couple of our smoke alarms chirping. We put in a maintenance request to have them checked and RPM Viking was quick to respond. We got email updates and were contacted to get details of our request. Then we were sent a message of the time frame we would get assistance. Jade came out to check on it and was super friendly and helpful! He was able to fix the issue very quickly. He made us feel felt cared about, and we are very happy with our first experience needing assistance!
Karen also assisted us with move in details/questions and she was very kind and informative! Each part of the process went smoothly and it has been a very good experience working with RPM.

We interviewed several property managers before we decided on Viking and it was a great decision. Our goal was to make our lives easier since this is not our main gig and we live busy lives, but also to be sure we had a company committed to taking excellent care of our tenants. After all, we were renters once and we know how much of a difference a good property manager can be. I can’t say enough about how helpful they have been for anything and everything we’ve needed. Being a landlord can be tricky and we feel so much better knowing we have this team behind us!
