I am a licensed agent in both MO and KS. I worked for the largest local privately owned cash buyer of homes in Kansas City. I began as their listing agent where I sold all of their renovated property on the MLS, totaling over $13 million in 2021. I then moved into acquisitions at the start of 2022, where I would underwrite and negotiate directly with the seller primarily off-market. I closed on over 23 single and multi-family properties in the 6 months that I worked that position. Those 23 properties were projected to make a total of $920,000 after being renovated and sold either as flips on the MLS or turnkeys to their investor base. I have since left that company to begin building my real estate portfolio and help other investors do the same. I primarily focus on finding off-market property but still regularly scour the MLS for properties that fit my investors criteria.
