I've personally house-hacked a 4 unit that I still self manage with a combo of Market Rate & Section 8 Renters. I also self manage an Airbnb property out of state, so I can absolutely help motivated clients do that locally, and setup systems to earn their time back. Established investors I often help analyze their portfolio and determine if any properties are worth selling to 1031 into something larger or higher quality. The most important thing is to create an investing strategy that aligns with both your personal and business goals and this is what we love to help clients do! Who am I NOT best for:... Flippers looking for off market properties, most of the deals I'm seeing locally don't have enough margin for hiring a GC unless you go directly to the seller. I can list properties for top dollar all day long, but finding these high margin flips is not my specialty. Multifamily is a different story.

Christian is hands down the best realtor I could have asked for! He helped us find a home for a price under asking in an incredibly competitive market from the New Hampshire seacoast all the way into Maine. My schedule was extremely limited, as I was only available for showings after work in the evening. Despite this, Christian went above and beyond to accommodate us, often staying out with us as late as 10 PM for viewings.
His dedication, patience, and professionalism were unmatched, and within just 2-3 weeks of working together, we were under contract on a home! Christian made the entire process as smooth as possible and was always willing to go the extra mile.
If you're looking for a realtor who will truly work tirelessly on your behalf, I highly recommend Christian. You won’t be disappointed!

Christian is the best at what he does. He lives and breaths real estate. Selling my home almost felt too easy. We accepted a great offer in only a week after listing. Christian was very experienced working with my downstairs tenant (it was a two family home). He works with a lot of multi family clients and it shows. Communication was great and the experience was easy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Another round working with the best! Thanks to Christian, I was able to turn over and sell a rental property with little to no hassle. A change in job position forced me to sell, and I was moving out of the state in a few months. Because of his experience and expertise, he was able to get the listing out and attract the right buyers, successfully locking in the deal that was fair to both parties. Knocked it out of the park again with this one pal!

Christian crushed it!!! Just purchased my first 4 unit investment property with Christian and couldn’t be happier. Christian was extremely patient with me and worked around my very unpredictable and inconvenient hours because I’m in the Navy and rarely had access to my phone during the day. He walked me through every step of the way and has an excellent team surrounding him to make the challenging hurdles easy.

Christian Ehlers is on top of his game!! He patiently walked through all the hurdles my father threw at him to find a house in NH within 2 weeks, while my father was living in San Diego. Christian made the entire process go smoothly because of his understanding, ability to think outside of the box, and expedite a showing so we wouldn't lose a chance in potentially buying a house that day, which ended up being the house my father recently closed on. Thank you so much Christian for helping my father find his perfect retirement home.
