** Realtor specializing in on-market long term residential rental investment properties (4 units or less, no wholesaling) in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas. ** I hold an MBA in Finance, understand the market very well and am an investor myself, so I understand the numbers and what makes a property work. Being a Raleigh resident for over 15 years, I know the market well and can advise on fair purchase prices, after repair values and expected monthly rents. While I prefer to meet my clients in person - so we get to know each other - doing video walk-throughs on properties is a regular part of my realtor business. I would highly recommend going anywhere else to do your real estate dealings. Jennifer, whom is the owner is beyond unprofessional. Clients shouldn't have to fact check realtors to ensure they're being told the truth. Yes, I'm saying I caught her in multiple lies. It was apparent that she's not looking out for the buyer's best interest.Thankfully, I did my due diligence and found out what kind of "professional" Jennifer is before moving forward with any transactions. My advice to everyone is stay away from this business. LUCKILY, I found Angie Cole Realty and they were everything I was looking for and more!!

Larry was helpful and came prepared during the search. He came prepared to every property with comps and estimated market rents. Larry was very knowledgeable about the areas and neighborhoods in Durham, Raleigh, and surrounding areas. Even given several setbacks with lenders and appraisers, Larry did not give up. He consistently gave sound advice and proposed creative solutions. If it were not for Larry, we would never have gotten to the finish line. I highly recommend Larry as an agent who will go to bat for you repeatedly, even when you think you've struck out.

Exceptional agent and agency that goes above and beyond for her clients. If you want sound, steady guidance from a real estate expert then look no further. Jennifer has helped me with many transactions both buying and selling and continues to be the best in the business. A perfect professional with a human touch. Can’t ask for anything more.
