Leslie helped me buy two properties in 2024. She worked tirelessly throughout both transactions to help everything go smoothly and keep communication flowing. She also connected me with my lender, who likewise turned out to be a top-notch, experienced professional. Leslie was proactive in making all of my inspections happen on schedule, and even kept my house hunting moving forward when she was out of town by setting up a showing for me with the seller's agent. Leslie was amazing to work with. She was extremely helpful from start to finish and answered all our questions. She was responsive and moved on homes we were interested in really fast. This was nice as the market was competitive when we were buying. To give an example of how awesome she is, we have a 2 year old who is very active, as we were in the process of signing our 2 year old kept trying to run away and Leslie stepped in and helped distract him so we can focus on the signing. We would highly recommend working with Leslie.

Leslie did a tremendous job helping us through every step of the home-buying process from setting relevant MLS list-servs to walking us through each piece of paperwork we signed, to recommending excellent lenders and inspectors! She was attentive and responsive to questions or concerns we had, and provided rapid responses when we had questions or and quickly getting together paperwork when we wanted to make an offer (her attentiveness was crucial, since the housing market in Albuquerque was red hot when we were looking for a house.) If you are looking for an investor savvy realtor in New Mexico, Leslie is the one for you! We are so happy that we found Leslie on the Bigger Pockets realtor locator site. From day one, Leslie was able to listen and work with us on our investing goals and budget. Despite us being in Albuquerque for only a week, Leslie prepared a full schedule of properties for us to see in our limited time. Leslie's organization and preparation was appreciated, especially for new out of state investors. We ended up putting an offer on a property after we left Albuquerque and 30 days later, we closed on the property. Leslie's listening and communication skills as well as her knowledge about the local market helped us land our first investment property out of state in a very competitive market. Leslie Villareal was awesome to work with, she helped us purchase are first multi-family in Albuquerque. Very knowledgeable about the New Mexico market with many great resources. She definitely made out state investing easy for us!!!

Leslie gets 5 out of 5 stars for sure! My wife and I are small investors in the ABQ/Rio Rancho areas who just purchased a SFH in Rio Rancho via Leslie. Leslie provided us with an efficient, no drama, super professional experience with our home purchase. Leslie is highly resourceful and was able to provide us with excellent referrals for multiple components of our purchase including our 1031 exchange intermediary. She is well-connected with all components of an investor-friendly RE purchase including contractors and property managers. Leslie is a knowledgeable, personable, and family friendly realtor, and we feel lucky to have had her help us sell our house (after helping us find our new beautiful family home)! She helped guide us though the process, including some challenges that arose with buyers, and got us through to the finish line, and brought treats for our daughters to keep them happy and occupied at closing.
