Where do I even begin? I’ve been living in a blue ribbon property for well over three years and let me tell you, they’ve been the greatest three years of my life. Blue ribbon? No, more like family. They have been with me through every step of the way no questions asked. (Even though I do ask a lot of questions LOL). Ups and downs alike, I know if I pick up that phone to call, they will be on the other end of that line, phone in hand ready to tackle any issues we may have. (Or sometimes just to talk about girl issues LOL). (Thanks Cassie you’re my girl haha). But seriously, don’t be blue, because the ribbon that ties it all together will connect me, and you!

Blue Property Management has been incredible throughout my three years here! They’re always quick to respond, handle maintenance smoothly, and genuinely care about keeping everything running perfectly. Living here has been such a stress-free experience—highly recommend!

So far they seem to charge and charge and hey that will be a charge too. From long waits for repairs to overly extensive rules to move out Blue Ribbon seems to rip off the students ultimately ripping off the parents. They could easily do better and be a better management company.

Both the office staff and the maintenance crew are so awesome! I’ve been working with them for over 2 years now. They don’t hesitate to get the job done and they are very thorough. I highly suggest renting from them.
