The Resident Coordinator I have, Brianna E, has went above and beyond to help me get things taken care of and has just been a pleasure to work with. She’s always been very quick and always polite in getting any and all matters taken care of!! I recently created quite a situation for myself and I have been stressing out over what the out come would be but Brianna was there to assist and took a lot of stress off my plate and was able to make everything work out. She was super patient and nice during every conversation while helping me to get the situation corrected. Thank you again Brianna E for being such an amazing Resident Coordinator and helping me with everything. After living my current home and family farm for many years I decided to sell and look for short term rental, as someone who works in property management myself I tend to be a tad picky and customer service is super important to me! Megan, Darnay, and Janelle were AMAZING to work with! All three were kind, helpful, and prompt in their responses! Megan made the leasing process a breeze and answered all my questions with ease! The home I toured was very clean, well maintained, and updated! I had really struggled to find something affordable that was aesthetically pleasing. I was very impressed with the condition of the home and the price point. Overall all 5 stars for a job well done to the local CRM team!
