CD and Adam were wonderful! My microwave failed and they were in and out in 45 minutes during a snowstorm!! I can’t thank these two enough for being so helpful and courteous minding the snow and even the fingerprints on the glass!! Great work be great people

Recently had my annual home inspection with Emily B out of the Kokomo office and she was great. Explained everything very throughly and made me very comfortable throughout the whole experience. I enjoy working with everyone at CRM and would recommend them to anyone!

We went through our application process with the help of Megan Belanger, She was very helpful throughout the whole process, answered our questions, provided step by step break downs and helped make it so much easier and stress free to secure our new home. I feel that she even went above and beyond, particularly reaching out to a supervisor to clarify that I will be able to bring my kitten with me(with exceptions). That was awesome so that I wouldn't have to temporarily foster my kitten till she received her required shots. I love that everything can be done through an online portal, makes everything very easy-peasy!

She’s always been very quick and always polite in getting any and all matters taken care of!! I recently created quite a situation for myself and I have been stressing out over what the out come would be but Brianna was there to assist and took a lot of stress off my plate and was able to make everything work out. She was super patient and nice during every conversation while helping me to get the situation corrected. After living my current home and family farm for many years I decided to sell and look for short term rental, as someone who works in property management myself I tend to be a tad picky and customer service is super important to me! Megan, Darnay, and Janelle were AMAZING to work with! All three were kind, helpful, and prompt in their responses! Megan made the leasing process a breeze and answered all my questions with ease! The home I toured was very clean, well maintained, and updated! I had really struggled to find something affordable that was aesthetically pleasing. I was very impressed with the condition of the home and the price point. Overall all 5 stars for a job well done to the local CRM team!
