CRM took over the management of my place recently and though I fully disagree with the mountain of emails and websites I had to sign up for, traverse, and utilize throughout, their human staff is excellent. Rachael was my person and had it not been for her patience and excellent customer service, I likely would have walked into a lake. She answered any and all questions for me, resent me links I needed and was an all around sweet person. I had an interaction with another one of their staff from maintenance who was also excellent. The scheduling - per their million portals - was off and he showed up when I wasn't expecting (fully not his fault). I was short with him in the moment but he was lovely and forgiving. He was informed and overly kind.

CD came out the other day to my daughter’s rental to fix the mailbox and to get the water softener up and going. CD was friendly, and explained things and covered all the bases, and didn’t talk down to me or make me feel like a “little lady”. To be quite honest, because of my pleasant experience, I looked into what areas CRM covers, as my husband and I own several rental properties ourselves and having reliable knowledge people like CD is invaluable. I would highly recommend retaining CD for as long as possible and promoting him.

CRM Properties is a great company! When I put in a maintenance requests C.D is an excellent maintenance man. Very polite, cleaned up after his himself, which in my opinion is a big plus. I’ve had maintenance leave a huge mess in my home before. C.D also shows and explains how it got broken and how it could be fixed. Thank you C.D and CRM Properties. Communication is Excellent!!

CD and Adam were wonderful! My microwave failed and they were in and out in 45 minutes during a snowstorm!! I can’t thank these two enough for being so helpful and courteous minding the snow and even the fingerprints on the glass!! Great work be great people
