Beware of GC Realty - Terrible Experience! I had an awful experience with GC Realty, and I would strongly advise staying away from them if you’re renting. They charged us outrageous amounts for “chargebacks” without ever clearly explaining the costs upfront. We were never informed about how much maintenance would cost, and when charges appeared, they were astronomical and felt completely unfair. After moving out, we were hit with an outrageous bill of $14,000 in charges that were never properly explained to us! Can someone please explain how a drywall repair is $500 or how a tenant is responsible for cleaning a sump/grease trap and then be charged $335 for it??? They harassed us relentlessly about paying these absurd fees, and it’s clear that they are taking advantage of tenants. I’ve also heard from others who’ve had similar issues with them. They have horrible reviews on the BBB, and I am in the process of taking these crooks to court for their shady practices. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Renting with them is a nightmare!

Have been working with GC for the past 5 years, they are very reliable, take care of the tenant searching professionally, addressing tenant and landlord concerns very promptly and reliable, and making both tenants and landlord happy. Never had a complain about them. Really thankful to them taking care of my property!

They’re extremely responsive, compassionate, caring, attentive and the peeps over at GC realty truly have a heart. They helped me out when I was in a time of need and I’ll never forget them for that. One time I thought I had a problem with earwigs (not knowing it’s a seasonal thing) (listen, I don’t do bugs) and they were so quick to help me find a solution to get rid of them. Their customer service from Shania was outstanding, every single exchange was so kind and friendly. Mauricio was also so helpful, and again, very quick, and Enrique!
