About us
I have been creating, managing, and selling my personal real estate portfolio for 20 years and currently own over 200 rental homes in the Kansas City Metro area. Over the past 10 years, I have bought and sold roughly 200 homes a year and with the help of my Real Estate Team and Property Management Company, we manage hundreds of portfolios owned by investors across the nation totaling over 800 homes. I love helping my clients find winning investments for their portfolios and homes that make them happy. We are a one-stop-shop, vertically integrated business model providing acquisition, rehab, property management, and all the services an investor needs in Kansas City, MO! I am happily married to my wife of 20 years and I have three kids.
