About us
Over the past two years, I have helped 40+ investors find and purchase their next investment property in the greater Milwaukee area. My niche is working with investors, and I am an investor myself. The majority of my business is working with investors (both local and out of state), and my process is driven around educating my clients on the nuances of Milwaukee to help them feel confident and educated to make their next investment decision. My start in real estate investing began by househacking a duplex here in Milwaukee. I then house hacked a second duplex, purchased a 5-unit which I self-manage, turned my first duplex into an Air BNB, and currently flip around 2-3 houses per year with some local friends. I became a realtor because I saw personally how real estate investing impacted my overall cash flow and net worth, and how I feel I have made a phenomenal foundation and nest egg for my future family, and I wanted to help other people reap those same benefits. Beyond real estate, I am an avid golfer, I love watching Formula 1, I enjoy going to local Milwaukee restaurants, or in the winter time, taking trips out west to go skiing. We had an amazing experience working with Nick Harrington, he and his team did a great job at communicating and just working overall to stay on top of every detail, making sure the process was smooth and that I understood every step from beginning to end as a first time buyer. Working with the Houseworks Collective Team was a breeze! Our agent, Ty, was the best! He was incredibly knowledgeable, always on top of answering all the questions we had as first-time home buyers. This is a great team with an abundance of real estate knowledge and experience. I worked with Ty Ash in finding my first owner-occupied duplex and I could not recommend Ty and this team enough.
Willie Moran worked as my transaction coordinator and helped facilitate an extremely smooth process- from accepted offer to closing day.
Aside from being a great real estate team, this is a team of great people. Authentic, trustworthy, and a pleasure to be around throughout the entire process. Thank you to Ty, Willie, and the whole Houseworks Collective team!!!

My husband and I recently sold our home and purchased a new one in our dream neighborhood with the help of Charlie from Houseworks Collective. From start to finish, Charlie made the experience easy and fun! We have worked with Charlie in the past when purchasing a rental property and found his expertise and knowledge with the rental market to be extremely helpful. Our experience this time was no different. Charlie was able to help us sell our home over asking price with multiple offers to choose from! And, navigating buying in this challenging market was seamless with his help. We are so grateful to Charlie and the entire Houseworks Collective team for all of their help. Charlie Hutchinson and the whole Houseworks Collective team were incredibly helpful earlier this year when I bought my first home. Charlie was professional, very flexible in his schedule, and was available for questions whenever I needed him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me much-needed advice throughout, which was key going through the home-buying process for the first time. You can tell he’s very passionate about real estate and puts 110% effort in with his clients. Highly recommend going with this team if you’re looking to buy or sell in the greater Milwaukee area.
