Over the past two years, I have helped over 40 investors to purchase investment properties in the Milwaukee area. It is what I love to do, and I look forward to working with you. My journey in real estate began by house hacking my way through several duplexes in the Lower East Side of Milwaukee, and most recently, purchasing a 5-plex in Riverwest. Helping our clients succeed in multifamily investing and house-hacking in the greater Milwaukee area is our specialty. Every client we work with has different goals in mind - which is why we take a consultative approach that is unique for each of our investor clients. We have helped hundred of our investor clients succeed in the Milwaukee market - our team of agents have personal experience in houshacking, commercial rentals, property management, flips, brrs, and off market properties. Our relationships extend into the conventional & creative lending, contracting, and property management space, creating a turn-key option for investors looking for passive income. My husband and I recently sold our home and purchased a new one in our dream neighborhood with the help of Charlie from Houseworks Collective. From start to finish, Charlie made the experience easy and fun! We have worked with Charlie in the past when purchasing a rental property and found his expertise and knowledge with the rental market to be extremely helpful. Our experience this time was no different. Charlie was able to help us sell our home over asking price with multiple offers to choose from! This is a great team with an abundance of real estate knowledge and experience. I worked with Ty Ash in finding my first owner-occupied duplex and I could not recommend Ty and this team enough.
Willie Moran worked as my transaction coordinator and helped facilitate an extremely smooth process- from accepted offer to closing day.

Charlie Hutchinson and the whole Houseworks Collective team were incredibly helpful earlier this year when I bought my first home. Charlie was professional, very flexible in his schedule, and was available for questions whenever I needed him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me much-needed advice throughout, which was key going through the home-buying process for the first time. You can tell he’s very passionate about real estate and puts 110% effort in with his clients. Highly recommend going with this team if you’re looking to buy or sell in the greater Milwaukee area.
