We recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon Greenplate from Greenplate Real Estate Group to find our new home and we cannot recommend him and his team highly enough! From our very first meeting, it was clear that Brandon was not only knowledgeable about the local market but also genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect place.
When it came time to negotiate, Brandon's strong negotiation skills shone through. He worked diligently to secure a fantastic deal for us. Tammy Zook from Brandon's team ensured that we understood what we needed and walked us through the closing process. Tammy was professional and a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I were looking to buy a vacation house in Hilton Head. Brandon explained the process and went over and above. I flew down to South Carolina and Brandon met me and showed me the property and explained the process of renting it out. My wife and I discussed doing this in the past but couldn’t find the right realtor or property. Brandon helped us close our first property and gave us some reference for anything that we needed. I would never buy from anyone else!

Would give 10 stars if I could! Brandon was fantastic, from beginning to end. First-time investment/rental property buyer and was looking for someone who understood my goals. He listened to me and helped me find the perfect property. Brandon freely shared his knowledge along the way to help me make the best decision for my situation. Finally closed on the house we renovated in Sea Pines, once again Brandon and his team we more than helpful with this project. We were delayed by a pool company,(Year Round, please read my review of that company before entertaining using them.) Brandon was able to hook us up with Coastal Pools and Fountains, which not us back on track the best that they could in order to get that house on the market. His knowledge and relationships with local contractors, pool companies was very helpful, and once again, he and his team are our go to realtors.
Got hooked up with Brandon through Zillow when we had interest in a lot, at Palmetto Hall, we ended up purchasing that lot. Then we bought. a house to renovate in Sea Pines. Also sold our house in Sea Pines and bought our neighbors house in Sea Pines for our new primary. Used Brandon and Tammy for all these transaction. Always enjoyable to work with. Knowledgeable about the area and also helped with contractors for the renovation project. Brandon, Tammy will get any business we decide to do in the future. Good People.

If you're looking to buy a property on HHI, Brandon is 100% the go to guy. My husband and I were aimlessly looking at properties dreaming about "one day". Then we got introduced to Brandon and he helped us figure out how to narrow down what we were looking for in a property so that we could actually make the jump to purchasing! Brandon knows everything you need to know about the home buying process as well as having an extensive knowledge about HHI. You will feel like you're his only client as he answers your 100th question. We appreciate all he did for us!
