Lenny was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful while helping me purchase my first investment property. He always responded within an hour and we had weekly check-ins over the course of a couple of months while looking for the right house. Very thorough, and very impressive work ethic. I’m looking forward to working with Lenny again in the future.

Megan and Karlie were wonderful to work with. From the start of our journey, Megan tailored our strategy to help my husband and I find our first investment property. She went above and beyond to help us run numbers and negotiate throughout the buying process. Karlie was super patient and stuck with us as we explored various options to make sure we found the right fit for our goals. Chris & Kasey really knew their stuff and helped me through every step. And Alyssia kept everything organized and was always there to answer my questions, which made things so much easier. Working with Warren, Karlie, and Alyssia at Papasan Properties Group/Keller Williams has been an incredible experience! The buying process is overwhelming to say the least, but they make it so simple! They are so timely with their responses and are always available for the many questions that come up along the way. They explain things very well and foster great communication between all involved parties, including my mortgage lender, sellers, and realtors. I love receiving all the key dates and next steps in the process along the way so I don't forget anything. I would work with this group again in a heartbeat.

Gary, Warren, and Claire (a true gem!) were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of selling my parents' house. It was a really emotional time for us but they made everything so much easier with their kindness, care and attention to detail. Their real estate expertise really stood out -they knew exactly how to navigate every step, gave us great advice and made sure we were always making informed decisions. I had been on the market with another realtor, and it was a horrible experience. But then I signed on with Warren in the Papasan Group, and he and his listing manager, Claire, were absolutely wonderful! What sets them apart is their exceptional team. While many realtors work alone, Warren's team ensures every detail is covered, making the process smooth and efficient, from communication to selling strategies, they leverage their collective expertise to achieve outstanding results. My house sold so quickly! They also provided excellent referrals for contractors and more. I was always in good hands. I highly recommend working with Warren, Claire, and the Papasan team—they truly are fantastic!
