I recently worked with The Papasan Properties Group to help a mutual client with a home purchase. From start to finish, the process was smooth as silk! They have clear and consistent communication, great knowledge of the market here in Austin and were very organized in keeping everything (and everyone!) on track with the contract timelines. I highly recommend them to clients who are looking to buy or sell and look forward to working with them again soon!

Our experience has been nothing but positive working with Papasan. Warren & Claire have been nothing but amazing to work with on the sale of our home. I had lots of question and they were all answered quickly, great communication at every step. We definitely recommend this company and specifically Warren & his team whole heartedly if you need to buy/sell or even find a rental in central Texas.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Papasan Properties! I had known Warren for a few years and knew of his skills and reputation as a realtor, so when the time came to sell my house, he was the first person I called. He took the time to meet with me to explain the process, and has been nothing but supportive and available for questions for the duration of the selling process. My house listed on a Thursday, we had an offer that Saturday, and in less than a month, the house was sold! Warren, Claire, and the entire Papasan team is INCREDIBLE!

I entered into a purchase agreement based on Wendy's and Derek's recommendation of a home in Austin. Yes, I was a fool because when I arrived from Oklahoma, I found a house that was built by unskilled labor. Windows would not latch, trim pieces had never been finished out, plumbing was not to code, best of all - the house was very close to train tracks. The house had been empty for 6 months. A local plumber - lovely gentleman - informed me that the pipes had frozen because the house was not winterized. No telling what kind of mess would have been encountered if the water had been turned on. Derek was sorry I did not like the house. It was so bad that my dog wouldn't go near it.

The Papasan Group was absolutely amazing! My wife and I were very impressed with how fast and efficient they were with being able to sell our home. They made the project easy for us and seemed very organized and knew what they were doing. We highly recommend using them when trying to sell or buy a home in the Austin Texas area! Claire, Wendy, and Warren have been a pleasure to work with! We listed our house right before the holidays and then had an unexpected snag in our closing, but I always felt we were in good hands. The Papasan Group has communicated and kept us in the loop at every step. I appreciate their help in getting our house listed and sold!

Megan and Karlie were wonderful to work with. From the start of our journey, Megan tailored our strategy to help my husband and I find our first investment property. She went above and beyond to help us run numbers and negotiate throughout the buying process. Karlie was super patient and stuck with us as we explored various options to make sure we found the right fit for our goals. Gary, Warren, and Claire (a true gem!) were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of selling my parents' house. It was a really emotional time for us but they made everything so much easier with their kindness, care and attention to detail. Their real estate expertise really stood out -they knew exactly how to navigate every step, gave us great advice and made sure we were always making informed decisions. We felt confident knowing that they had our best interest at heart. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, experienced team, I highly recommend them!
