About us
If you're considering investing in the St. Joseph area, I highly suggest you work with someone specifically familiar with that area. Though it's close to KC, the market is different. I am from the St. Joseph area and own several investment properties in St. Joe (single family , multi-family, and a building downtown with a condo on AirBNB). Though I am a real estate agent and I love helping non-investors as well, I'm passionate about helping people find investment properties to build additional streams of income, especially passive income so they can live a financially independent lifestyle.

I have started working with Danielle this year as an agent, property manager AND project manager - she does it all! Danielle is an investor herself, her personal experience brings a wealth of knowledge and the sense that she really understands what we need as OOS investors. She is very responsive and so helpful. We have enjoyed working with her.
