Hello everyone,
My name is Heath Shepard and I love real-estate.  I have been in the industry for 11 years first as a Land Developer where I turned around a failed bankrupt rural subdivision in Pipe Creek Texas called Cielo Rio Ranch.  Cielo Rio Ranch is a 512-acre community consisting of primarily 2 acre lots.  Once Cielo Rio was self-sufficient, I handed the reigns over to my father (also a successful land developer and commercial real-estate investor) who is now managing the property on a part time basis as a retirement project.  

I then started investing in real-estate myself where I picked up a SFR and a duplex that I am currently renting out.  When COVID hit I thought it was a good time to go back to school where I earned my real-estate license and signed on with Phyllis Browning Company before switching to Keller Williams because they ended up being a better fit for investor friendly agents.  I am now able to help others build their real estate dreams and I have found it extremely rewarding to give back to the community that I love so much.
