Tony is extremely knowledgable, he helped me close on my first house hack (and first purchase) and walked me through how it would all work and always answered my questions big or small! If you are looking for an investment property in Nashville, I highly recommend!!

Seriously, Tony did an amazing job finding the property I was looking for. Not only that, he was informative and resourceful. Oh, I forgot to mention, his negotiating skills are top notch! Save us $10k! I can't wait to work with him on the next deal!
