About us
Hello, my name is Eli Kohorst. I am a licensed real estate agent with Realty Group in the Baxter Office. My mission is to help as many people as possible accomplish their real estate goals. Whether you are looking to buy or sell I would love the opportunity to earn your business. I live in Brainerd but I will travel statewide to make sure my clients have the representation they deserve. Prior to becoming a real estate agent I went to school at the University of Minnesota Duluth and served in the United States Air Force. We purchased an investment lake home in Crosslake with Eli last fall. We messaged Eli through Bigger Pockets and he responded very quickly. We met for coffee and explained what we were looking for and we could tell right away he was going to work very hard to find the property we were looking for.
Throughout the process Eli showed his local area knowledge and went above and beyond to show us properties. We lived out of state and Eli worked with us through technological issues to give us all the information and guidance we needed.
Ultimately Eli showed us a property that was exactly what we had asked him to find. Eli absolutely knocked it out of the park, delivering an investment property with rental history fully furnished. Even after the closing Eli has been a valuable resource for us. We look forward to working with Eli in the future for other investment opportunities.
