Water access to the inland bays (boat ramp, kayak launch, boat docks, fishing/crabbing docks), community pool, clubhouse, playground etc. Friendly neighbors, great schools in the area and about 20 min to the beach. The house we bought is exactly what we were looking for, a live in flip.
