I am a licensed Kentucky real estate agent who specializes in short term rentals, specifically along the Bourbon Trail in Central Kentucky. Creating and building relationships with clients all across the U.S. has lead to my ability to create a niche platform gaining growth and recognition across the U.S.. I specialize along the bourbon trail to Mammoth Cave and Red River Gorge. I am an avid investor along the Bourbon Trail and take pride in introducing other investors to the Kentucky market and helping them from start to finish in their investment journey. I work hard in the tourism sector of this industry so I can best guide and represent my clients. I am a best-selling author to the book, Reputation Driven that was released in early 2023, as well as having 2 other books in the works! I have been chosen as the expert real estate agent for the state of Kentucky on STR Insights, an investors online program that shares profitable markets for short term rentals.

All I can say is Kenley has been amazing to work with. She has gone above and beyond to help me find a property in Louisville. With me being out of state and not local she has went out of her way to direct me in all aspects of the deal. She is first class with a work ethic second to none. Even her recommendations for financing and contractors were top notch. She has made this purchasing process a breeze making sure I had everything taken care of. My first Louisville purchase wouldn’t have been possible without Kenley!

Margot is a wonderful Realtor!! We are relocating for work and had to sell our home that we love. Margot was gem, easy to work with. Responsive when we had questions and accommodating to our needs and schedule. Margot was the agent the helped us find the house so she was our only choice to sell it. We would recommend her to anyone

Chris was a true pleasure to work with. From the beginning to the end, he was friendly and helpful. He pointed out things in houses that we would have missed, asked all the right questions and was instrumental in helping us to find our forever home. He knew we had driven 6.5 hours to get to Kentucky from IL to look at houses and planned out the time efficiently so that we could see everything we wanted to. By the end of the day, we had found our happy place and he gave us great advice on on how to win the bid. He helped us in all aspects of the closing and contracts and was very quick to respond.
A few weeks later and we're enjoying the outstanding view off of our two back balconies.
Thank you for a great experience, Chris, as well as the welcome gifts and showing us true southern hospitality.

Garrett was knowledgeable, dependable, personal, and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience - start to finish!. He provided a spot on value of our current home as we looked for a new home in Norton Commons. Once we found and closed on our new dream home/location, our current home went on the market. We had a buyer within days. From assistance with paperwork and fixing a couple minor inspection issues to moving, he helped every step of the way. I would recommend him highly for your buying and or selling needs.

Jackie’s expertise and guidance were essential in us listing/selling our home and finding our dream home. I’m so glad we took a chance when we saw the yard sign down the street from the house we were selling. We could not recommend her services more! She was straight forward, flexible, encouraging, and easy to get along with. We really appreciated her assistance in getting our home ready to sell, she always was easy to get ahold of, and so so so knowledgeable.
