I help investors fix & flip, buy & hold, house hack, and LTR. I am a one stop shop for long term rentals - I assist in property inspections, contractor connections, and property management. Leveraging negotiating and analytical skills developed from her past experiences, she devotes the extra mile to find her clients the perfect home, investment, or buyer for their property to construct a deal for them to feel great about. Born and raised in Ohio, Danielle graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management. After 25 years of crafting matches between clients and products in the retail buying industry, Danielle found her passion in Real Estate. When not working with clients, you can find Danielle hanging out with her three girls, on her yoga mat, outside on an adventure, creating in the kitchen or curled up with a good book.

We have chosen this company to help us with selling/buying a house and we will choose them again every time we buy/sell in the future. Our agent with them is Jennifer Dominguez. She is literally the best realtor we've met! She is very helpful, responsible and exceeded expectations in every aspect. We are very pleased with our agent and all the team members that supported her in the process.

Cathy is the greatest realtor of all time. She showed us countless houses, answered all our questions, and always maintained a positive attitude during a stressful time for us. We were in contract and purchased our home three weeks after signing documents with Cathy. She's the best realtor, whether you're buying or selling.

Leslie Bennett is so amazing. There are not enough compliments we can give her on how patient and accommodating she was during this whole process. She helped us find our forever home. We were moving to Dayton from out of state and Lyndsey provided valuable personal experience and knowledge, helping us find a perfect community & home for our family. Her communication skills are fantastic; she always communicates quickly and effectively. She went above and beyond to help us get our house ready for move-in. We can't thank her enough!

Sarah was amazing in every way! She was patient, understanding and extremely hard working. She worked long hours, late nights and at times left what she was doing to come to our aid! I cannot recommend her enough!
