Minimum price point of $1M. As a real estate investor and advisor, Nick is known for getting deals done with honed finesse. He sees every relationship as a life-long one, going above and beyond to get his clients to a happy home. Nick’s 10+ years of sales experience in New York City has given him extensive knowledge, not just of neighborhoods but also of personalities. Combined with his capabilities researching and analyzing deals in light of market trends, Nick knows how to negotiate for the best possible outcome. He takes care of all transaction details to keep the process stress free for his clients. Nick comes from a family that has been Manhattan-based for almost 100 years and cares deeply about the City. His grandmother was a dynamo in NYC’s fashion industry and his grandfather was plugged into the City’s real estate and textile worlds. He takes that legacy seriously. Nick plays on the Compass softball team and is an avid golfer, tennis player and downhill skier. He is a member of the Young Leadership Committee of the JED Foundation, an organization devoted to protecting the emotional health of young adults. In addition to New York City, Nick also specializes in South Florida and the Boston area.

Incredibly helpful, respectful, and puts alot of care into his work. I was looking to buy a house in Pennsylvania and Nick referred me to a really great broker. Even though he left me in good hands, Nick made sure to help guide me throughout the process till the end. 10/10 Nick makes buying homes easy.

Nick was amazingly helpful and in the know about where to rent in New York. He was able to point us in the right direction from the beginning, saving us a lot of time. When the building started making things tricky, Nick intervened and landed us the apartment immediately after a phone call to the building. Strongly recommend Nick for his professionalism and knowledge.

Nick is incredible. Not only does he know the area incredibly well, he’s also very invested in his clients. He immediately understood what we wanted, always responded quickly, and gave us daily updates on properties in the area. For a process that I expected to take many weeks, we were able to find a great apartment complex within a day or two through Nick and land on our dream apartment in under a week. Couldn’t recommend Nick more.
