I have refinanced my mortgage twice now with Cap Center. I highly recommend them. The process is easy and geez you can’t beat “no” closing costs. Who doesn’t want to save money?? You’ll be glad if you choose them!

Love the folks at CapCenter. Ethan made the process of selling and buying a home easy and enjoyable. He was more like part of the family than just a realtor. When I wanted to see some properties and Ethan was on vacation, another member of his team stepped in and was just as personable. Julie made the loan process seem less and not as daunting. From start to finish, I didn't have a single issue with anyone; they all made the process great. I haven't bought a home in 14 years, but I don't remember it being as low stress as it was with CapCenter. In 6 months, I'll be reaching out for refinance services as well. The only downside is not getting to interact with Ethan, Julie, Megan, etc now that I've sold my place and bought the new one.

CapCenter Mortgage is great! I've used them twice to refinance my mortgage and it's really true, you pay no closing costs. It saves you several thousand dollars. I would definitely use them again if I purchased a new home or wanted to refinance again. And, BONUS, every year they give you a delicious pumpkin or apple pie for Thanksgiving! I highly recommend CapCenter Mortgage.

I’ve refinanced my mortgage with CapCenter three times. All were very good experiences, with a great rate as well.
I’ve also received four or five pies from them at Thanksgiving time. They keep getting bigger…and taste great!
I will definitely consider using CapCenter when I sell or buy a house.
I highly recommend CapCenter.

Excellent communication, professional employees and efficient processes from the initial inquiry to the final closing! Treated us like valued customers from the very beginning and answered all our questions and concerns. Plus, no closing costs - can't beat that! We will definitely be using CapCenter (Richmond) in the future for our home financing needs!

The process was seamless and smooth. Not paying closing costs really helped lower my barrier to entry on this property! Y’all really helped me strategize and use CCA from seller to by down my rate which is much appreciated at 4.8%. Thanks Wes and Alex and the entire team at Cap Center!
