Investment strategy advisor specializing in selecting specific properties based on the ability to quickly and economically add value. BRRRR, fix and flips, and house hacking are my favorite tools, but buy-and-hold & STR are very familiar, too. My goal is always to work with my clients on the roadmap of where they want to go and identify the best assets to get them there. I have developed strategic relationships with lenders and vendors to ensure I have all the resources needed to be a "one-stop-shop" for your investment journey. First-time home buyer and investment property specialist Patrick Dodd prides himself on market knowledge, streamlined workflows, and emotional care during one of life’s most significant moments. While hailing from Michigan, he has always felt most at home in Chicago. The unbelievable culture, warmth, and opportunity immediately drew him in. I had the best experience working with Ray and his team. He was proactive and communicative throughout the entire process, not to mention extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. He was also extremely patient and attentive. He took great care in learning what I like, thoughtfully answered my questions no matter how small, and always made me feel that I was a priority (even though I know he has many clients who want the same thing from him). Ultimately, I'm so happy with my new home, and I couldn't have done it without Ray! Thanks for everything!

I can’t recommend Pat Dodd enough! From start to finish, he made the process of selling our condo an absolute breeze. Pat’s professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were truly impressive. He took the time to understand every detail of our condo and provided insightful guidance every step of the way.
What really stood out was his realistic approach to the home selling process. We could have chosen an agent that told us what we wanted to hear, listed our condo at a price that made our eyes light up when we heard it and said they have a line of buyers waiting to tour our condo. But Pat brought his years of experience to the transaction, setting expectations of what to really expect in todays market that my wife and I were very thankful for.
When multiple offers came in, not only did Pat handle negotiations with skill and confidence, but he also went above and beyond to ensure we understood every detail in the offers. It’s clear that Pat is passionate about real estate and deeply cares about his clients.

Working with Patrick was phenomenal to say the least. My husband and I did not think home ownership could be in our near future and Patrick took the time to help us achieve that dream. He was always patient with us and allowed us to get a full scope of the types of properties we could buy. We were truly in the dark about a lot of things when it came to purchasing a home and he was always straight-forward and honest which made us feel comfortable in our decision-making. He even went above and beyond by suggesting neighborhoods that we hadn't even thought of (even giving us restaurant recommendations along the way) which led us to the beautiful condo that we now own!

Ryan helped me sell my second home in Chicago, and this time was in the middle of the pandemic! I couldn't have been more pleased how everything turned out, as I had serious doubts about being able to sell my home during a crisis. Ryan's expertise and knowledge helped tremendously and I was able to stay calm throughout the process. I have close friends who are real estate agents and I still chose Ryan over them, that says a lot! I highly recommend Ryan and his team to everyone! Just don't tell my real estate friends :)

We used the expertise of Ryan McKane to sell our condo in Chicago and he was outstanding. His team was very professional and works in the best interest of their clients. So, we were in safe hands with our adventure of selling the condo in such uncertain times of pandemic. We could tell his team put a lot of work into their listings which gave us good frequency of showing. Ryan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps, like having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off, our listing looked amazing. The second buyer that saw the potential in the property, put in an offer. We accepted and Ryan walked us through every step of the closing process.
