I'm thrilled to be your partner in the exciting world of real estate investing in San Antonio, Texas and Southeast Florida. I have a passion for discovering hidden gems in the market, I've made it my mission to find those off-market properties that often hold the greatest potential. I'm equally adept at uncovering hidden treasures in the ON-market listings. My clients are a diverse group, ranging from seasoned real estate investors to newcomers eager to dive into the world of residential fix-and-flip / buy-and-hold properties. I have helped clients purchase off market deals, then sell them for top dollar on the back end when the project is completed. I enjoyed working with Alyssa recently on an investment property for a first-time investor. Alyssa and her team were on the ball and communicated well. I work with many agents, and Alyssa stands out. She is very classy and well put together and knows how to figure out complex issues and make them non-issues. I enjoyed being "straight up" with her and not beating around the bush. In real estate and lending, there can be speed bumps and hurdles; Alyssa understands this and is a real problem solver. As an investor is real estate it’s very hard to find a great realtor that will hustle & put their all into finding the best deal for their client & that’s exactly what you’ll get with Alyssa! Easily one of my favorite realtors to work with. She makes everything very smooth & goes to bat for us to make deals happen. If you’re investing or looking for your forever home I cannot recommend her enough.

Alyssa was wonderful to work with. She was patient, understanding of what I was looking for, and went out of her way for me as her client many times during the months we worked together. We had many odds against us because it was the peak of the market, but she never gave up and we found a house that I am making my home. She stood up for me when we had issues with the seller and made sure everything worked as much in my favor as possible. Did I mention I was out of state and we had to conduct everything virtually? When we did close, she gave me the most thoughtful and useful housewarming basket which solidifies that she is not only a wonderful realtor but person in general. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you Alyssa!

We will forever be grateful for Alyssa. As first time home buyers, the processes were intimidating and we didn’t know what we were doing. Alyssa and her team helped us tremendously and made the process easy to understand. After several offers falling through, as to be expected, we were feeling defeated. She told us we will be finding a home that weekend, and sure enough, I am sitting in my dining room right now typing this review in a home we fell in love with from that weekend. Thank you Alyssa!
