I have been working with theLender for a few months and I can't say enough great things! Brittany Krouse and Stephen are the dream team. They communicate constantly so that there is never a doubt of where anything stands. They always any any question I have promptly and are always willing to go above and beyond to help. 10/10 would recommend using Brittany and Stephen!!

We were able to close a loan on a non-warrantable condo that many other lenders wouldn't even look at. Our account executive, Stephen Nelson, was professional every step of the way and really helped get this file to the finish line. This is the first of many transactions we expect to do with the wonderful team at The Lender!

I wanted to share that Stephen Nelson, Sr. Acct. Rep., and Brittany Krouse, Acct. Mgr., are absolutely the BEST TEAM that I have worked with when brokering loans for niche-type products.
Their customer service, availability, drive to make things is outstanding! They go above & beyond on each transaction. Team Johnson and I are so pleased and happy working with these two that we are exclusively using theLender for our outlet for Foreign Nationals, Bank Statement Loans, DSCR, etc.
