I am so glad I chose Brad to sell my home in the Tri-Cities. Not only is he an expert in his field, he has a network of resources when preparing my home to list. Brad was very patient and answered all of my questions. I needed to close on my home quickly and he made the whole process run smoothly, stress free and I got top dollar for my home! Brad was always available when we had questions and made the entire process stress-free.Brad went above and beyond he helped us with the repairs to fix the house we were selling and made it happen so fast. My husband and I had a great experience working with Brad. At first we weren’t sure what to do with the property of my father in law. Then we met Brad. Brad explained what he could do to help us sell this property. The house was almost in foreclosure and Brad was able to get everything approved and closed within a couple weeks stress free on our end. Brad did an amazing job and I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

Brad was referred to us when we inquired about seeing a house on Zillow. From the first viewing when he showed up, we knew he would be a good agent to work with to find our home. We really enjoyed working with Brad throughout the entire process from looking at houses through the final negotiations to complete the sale agreement. Brad is a very dedicated and knowledgable real-estate professional. He gave helpful advice to us as first-time home buyers and was very flexible in working with us according to our schedule.
