About us
I am a 22-door investor who works primarily with investors all over the Miami Valley and the surrounding Dayton area. I have exercised in just about every form of investment property from buy & hold, fix & flip, and BRRRR. I have personally invested in a 45-unit apartment complex and assisted in transacting a 137-unit apartment complex as well. I own a property management company that I built from the ground up. The key takeaway from me is I don't fluff the numbers. I tell you the brutal truth whether you want to hear it or not on a property. I'm for the relationship, not a commission the best thank you I can get is telling all your friends to only use me.

10/10 experience- crazy low down payment and closed in great timing! I will forever recommend & will be coming back to sell our home when we’re ready and purchase another!! Don’t hesitate, buy now! Matt went above and beyond for me with the purchase of my first home. He made everything extremely easy and had no problem explaining the process to me. He even replaced a window for us to pass inspection for free! I would highly reccomend him to anyone!

Matt was all around amazing! He was upfront, honest, and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I find and buy our home. He always returned my phones calls and texts and never left us in the dark. Also, he would explain everything in detail and made sure we understood what was going on.

Matt has been helping me buy my first house on my own. He explains everything down for me when I do not understand. When I had questions on documents he went through the whole thing explaining everything for me so I understood even if it was multiple times. I recommend using him 100%

Being a first time home buyer, I was little nervous and scared ! Matt was awesome thru the whole process , very patient with me answering all my questions , explaining everything ! WhenI would call or message him - was just minutes and he would get back to me . Highly recommend Matt Moehl !!!
