Very slow in obtaining approvals. I am losing money daily waiting on this deal to close. I have had to submit the same documents at least 3 times. The underwriter demanded an appraisal review even though my appraisal was less than 2 months old. Turns out, the value remained the same with the new appraisal. Now I’m out of another $425 for nothing. My credit report expired and they had to pull credit again. And I have paid 2 more mortgage payments since starting this process with them. This experience has given me anxiety. They are probably not the best choice if you have a deadline to meet. I assure you they will miss all of your desired deadlines. I forfeited the payoff discount my existing lender offered because they didn’t get the loan closed by the desired date. The lender offered an extension, they missed that date too. Please search for another lender. Use this one as a last resort only if you have no deadlines to meet.

The Lender was very informative and understanding throughout the process from the beginning to the ending. They were very detailed. When we had questions they responded in a timely manner. Thank you for a great experience. Happy Holidays!
