I’m also licensed in Utah and frequently work on deals in Washington, Utah, and Salt Lake counties. I often assist first-time homebuyers, who are looking to purchase a home or a house-hack opportunity that can become a cash-flowing asset as soon as they move out. Additionally, I assist experienced investors with 1031 exchanges and acquisitions of LTR, MTR, and STR investments. Recently, I’ve been helping out-of-state investors, primarily from California, who are seeking the high appreciation and consistent returns that Las Vegas offers.

When it comes to real estate, I practice what I preach. I purchased my first 4-plex at 22 and have been growing my portfolio ever since. My business focuses on building strong client relationships, and I will never push a deal that isn’t in your best interest. - Graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurial management and an emphasis in Real Estate Investment
- Musician: I play the piano, violin, and organ.
- Languages: I speak Persian and German, and am now studying Spanish
- Hobbies: I enjoy basketball, calisthenics, reading, and above all backpacking and canyoneering in Zion National Park.
