About us
"I have experience helping investors with residential purchases in Northern Nevada. Most of my clients are using Cash or 1031 exchange funds to purchase single-family homes to hold long-term. Midterm rentals are doing very well and house hacking is a perfect way to get started as a single-income earner living in the area. My husband and I started investing in 2017, and we now own 228 residential units and 2 commercial spaces. We are working on expanding and finding new ways to grow as the market shifts."
