Recently I had the opportunity to work with Caeli’s group and I’m very happy with Caeli’s wealth of information, willingness to explain so a homeowner can easily understand. She explained the available mortgage options and what works best for me. Her entire team (including Jacob, Heidi, Christina, Marta) are very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. They kept me informed on the process of my mortgage application. I was able to smoothly and quickly close on the house. They are the best team I have worked so far and would highly recommend to my friends and my future ventures. Go Caeli !!!

I had a property that needed help with refinancing. My credit was a little less than stellar, they were able to help. While paying two points is a lot, if you cannot get traditional financing thru a local bank. Ridge is your best option and the two points are what you will probably pay at other brokers. They were able to get me a 30 year conventional loan which helped me avoid a more expensive DSCR loan.

As a new investor, I'm extremely grateful for all the help I received from Ridge Lending Group. Caeli and her team are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. They're clearly dedicated to helping both new and seasoned investors accomplish their goals. I'm especially grateful for Bianca Jacobs, who served as my dedicated lending specialist. I'm extremely confident Ridge Lending Group can address your finance needs. I was able to get two closings done on the same day. My job was just some communications and signatures, but they drove all the complex parts of the process to the finish. The unique benefit service this team provides is the education aspect. I've never had any lender walk through my actual numbers in detail, and help provide guidance on preparing for additional purchases. I'll definitely be doing more loans with this team.

I'm not one to often leave reviews, but having worked w/ Ridge Lending Group on several different projects, I think its important to publicly thank the team! Quite simply, I think the best way to show whether or not an organization is top notch is to state whether or not they'll earn your business again - and I can say with great confidence, that I have been working w/ Ridge Lending on real estate transactions for over 2 years, and I'll gladly keep coming back to them. The team over at Ridge is responsive, helpful, thoroughly knowledgeable, and they have a great sense of urgency. Its honestly been my pleasure to have worked w/ them on each project that I've done. One of the many great things about Ridge Lending Group is that they make you feel like you're the most important customer, even if you're just asking questions! There's a personalization to working with them that I greatly appreciate! They also have a unique knack for working to help you through challenges as opposed to telling you why something can't be done!
