For the past year or so, I've been seeking to purchase an investment home. Prior to dealing with Meagan, I had a different agent who simply wasn't as investor-friendly as she was. With the support of her market expertise, I was able to approach the owner with the greatest offer and get it accepted while not overpaying for the first house we looked at together. She was so knowledgeable that she even assisted me in locating financing aid that enabled me to purchase the house with some grant money that I would've never known about if it wasn't for her. I would strongly recommend her if you are seeking to invest in the CT area.
